At One Click Enterprise, we strive to build high-quality Google Workspace add-ons that simplify your business processes. We understand that sometimes a tool might not be the right fit for your specific workflow.
Because our products are digital software goods delivered via the Internet, they technically cannot be "returned." However, we believe in happy customers and offer a transparent refund policy described below.
We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions.
Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with our software for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
No Questions Asked: You do not need to prove a bug or error to get a refund during this period, though we appreciate feedback on what went wrong.
One Refund Per Customer: To prevent abuse, this guarantee applies only to your first subscription with us. It does not apply to renewal payments (see Section 3).
Our subscriptions (Monthly or Annual) automatically renew to ensure your add-on service is not interrupted.
Notification: You will receive a reminder email from our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy) before any annual renewal is processed.
Refunds on Renewals: We generally do not offer refunds for renewal payments if you failed to cancel before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription status.
Exceptions: If you were charged for a renewal and contact us within 48 hours of the charge without having used the service during that new period, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a courtesy refund.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Find your receipt: Locate the email receipt sent by Lemon Squeezy.
Contact Us: Email us at lebom@oneclickenterprise.com with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Order Number]".
Processing Time: We typically process refund requests within 24-48 business hours. Once processed, the funds may take 5-10 days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the "Manage Subscription" link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Cancellation stops future billing but allows you to keep using the tool until the end of your current paid period.
Refund: A refund returns your money and immediately terminates your license and access to the Premium features.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK:
By purchasing digital content (software) from us, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract (i.e., immediate access to the tool).
Legal Waiver: You acknowledge that you lose your statutory "Right of Withdrawal" once the download or access has begun.
Our Voluntary Guarantee: Despite this legal waiver, we still honor the 14-day money-back guarantee outlined in Section 2 for all customers globally, including those in the EU and UK.
If you are a consumer in South Africa:
This policy complies with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act), which provides a 7-day cooling-off period for online transactions.
Our 14-day guarantee exceeds this statutory requirement, giving you double the legally required time to evaluate our product.

Warning: If you initiate a chargeback (dispute) with your bank instead of requesting a refund from us, we are required by our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy) to immediately block your account and dispute the claim with evidence of your usage. This may prevent you from purchasing from any Lemon Squeezy merchant in the future.
