Terms of Service

Welcome to OneClick Enterprise. By installing, accessing, or using any of our applications, Google Workspace™ add-ons, or mobile applications (collectively, "the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms on behalf of that organization.

2. Use of Services, AI Conduct & Restrictions Our Services are designed to enhance productivity and assist with career development. You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, the Google Workspace Acceptable Use Policy, and Google Play Developer Policies.

• Prohibited Conduct: You may not use our Services to process sensitive personal data (e.g., health records, social security numbers) unless the specific app is designated for such use. Furthermore, you may not use our generative AI features to create, promote, or distribute hate speech, explicit content, fraudulent misrepresentations, or any illegal material.

• Technical Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our applications.

• Service Limits: We reserve the right to impose usage limits (e.g., character limits for translations or rate limits on AI generations) to ensure stability for all users.

3. Content Ownership

• Your Inputs: You retain all ownership rights to the personal data, text, and documents you input into our Services.

• AI Outputs: You own the specific outputs (such as generated CVs or Cover Letters) returned to you by our AI Career Suite. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of these documents before using them for employment applications.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Virtual Credits OneClick Enterprise uses third-party processors to handle transactions securely.

• Virtual Currency (AI Credits): The AI Career Suite uses a digital credit system. These AI Credits hold no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded once consumed.

• Web Subscriptions (Lemon Squeezy): Premium features purchased via our website are processed by our authorized reseller, Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing, you also agree to their Terms of Service.

• In-App Purchases (Google Play): Subscriptions, credit packs, or one-time purchases made within our Android applications are processed by Google Play and are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

• Refund Policy: For web purchases, contact us at lebom@oneclickenterprise.com within 14 days. For Android purchases, refunds are handled directly through the Google Play Store interface and are subject to Google's standard refund policies.

5. Intellectual Property All original content, features, and functionality of the Services are the exclusive property of OneClick Enterprise. "Google Workspace," "Google Slides," and "Google Play" are trademarks of Google LLC. Our use of these trademarks is solely to describe the platforms our Services support.

6. AI and Accuracy Disclaimer Some of our Services utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) and third-party APIs (e.g., Google Cloud, Vertex AI, OpenAI).

• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that translations, career coaching advice, or generated CVs will be 100% accurate, error-free, or suitable for your specific purpose.

• "As-Is" Basis: The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneClick Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, missed employment opportunities, or loss of profits) arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.

9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
