OneClick Enterprise ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our software products—including the Quick Slide Translator Google Workspace™ add-on and the AI Career Suite mobile application—collect, use, and disclose your information.

PART 1: QUICK SLIDE TRANSLATOR (Google Workspace™ Add-on)

1. Data Accessed and OAuth Scopes We only access the specific data required to provide the translation functionality you request. We adhere to the principle of data minimization. The following scopes are used:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/presentations.currentonly: Used to read the text content of the specific Google Slides™ presentation you currently have open and write the translated text back into those slides.

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.external_request: Used exclusively to securely connect to the Lemon Squeezy API (https://api.lemonsqueezy.com) to validate your Pro license key and verify subscription status.

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.locale: Used to identify your regional language settings to provide a localized user interface.

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.container.ui: Used to display the user interface, sidebars, and dialogs within Google Slides™.

2. Data Usage and AI Disclosure

• Purpose: Data is processed strictly to perform the translation action requested by the user.

• AI Training Disclosure: In compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, we confirm that no Google user data is used to train generalized AI/ML models. Translations are processed via Google’s native LanguageApp infrastructure.

• Limited Use: Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

PART 2: AI CAREER SUITE (Mobile Application)

1. Data Collection and Usage To provide cloud syncing, AI generation, and subscription services, the AI Career Suite app collects and securely stores the following data:

• Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and Firebase User ID (collected via Google Sign-In to authenticate your account).

• User Content: Profile photos, generated CVs (PDFs), cover letters, and manual text inputs regarding your employment history. This data is stored securely in Google Cloud (Firebase Firestore and Cloud Storage) so you can access it across devices.

• App Activity: Job application tracking data (company names, roles, application statuses).

• Audio Data: If you use the voice-to-text feature, device microphone audio is processed temporarily in real-time via the device's native Speech-to-Text engine. Audio files are not stored or transmitted to our servers.

• Financial Information: Purchase history and subscription status are processed securely through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your raw credit card information.

2. Generative AI Disclosure

• AI Processing: Text inputs, career history, and chat messages are securely transmitted to Google Vertex AI to generate CVs, cover letters, and career coaching advice.

• Model Training: Your personal data, CVs, and chat logs are not used to train generalized AI models.

• Content Moderation: Users can flag or report any inappropriate AI-generated content directly within the app or by contacting support.

3. Third-Party Service Providers We share necessary data with industry-standard third-party services exclusively to operate the app:

• Google Firebase: For secure database hosting, file storage, and user authentication.

• RevenueCat: For cross-platform purchase tracking and subscription management.

• Google Play Billing: For secure payment processing.

PART 3: GENERAL POLICIES (Applies to all products)

1. Data Sharing We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, document content, or app activity to any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

2. Data Security All data in transit (including API calls, license verification, and cloud database syncing) is protected using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.

3. Data Retention and Account Deletion

• Retention: We retain your AI Career Suite account data (CVs, profile info) as long as your account is active so you can access your cloud vault. Quick Slide Translator data is processed ephemerally "in-memory" and is not retained.

• Account Deletion: You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data. You can initiate this by contacting us directly at lebom@oneclickenterprise.com. Upon request, all user records, CVs, and database entries will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

4. Children’s Privacy Our Services are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
