We believe in data minimization. We only collect the data absolutely necessary to provide the functionality of our tools.
Account Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy) collects your email address, name, and billing details. We do not store or process your credit card information. We only receive a transaction status and your email address to verify your license.
Support Inquiries: If you email us for support, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
Usage Logs: We may collect anonymous telemetry data (e.g., "Feature A was used 10 times") to improve stability and identify bugs. This data is not linked to your specific content.
Cookies: Our website may use cookies to maintain your session.
Our add-ons run inside your Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
Voluntary Access: We only access files or data that you explicitly run the add-on on. For example, if you use our "Shopify Connector" in a Google Sheet, we only access the data within that specific spreadsheet to execute the command.
No Storage of Content: We do not store your spreadsheet rows, document text, or email bodies on our servers. All processing happens either locally in your browser, within Google's Apps Script environment, or transiently on our secure backend solely for the purpose of calculation/formatting, after which it is discarded.
We use your data for the following specific purposes:
To Provide the Service: Enabling the features of the add-on (e.g., fetching data from an API and writing it to your Sheet).
License Verification: Checking your email against our Lemon Squeezy database to confirm your subscription status.
Customer Support: Responding to your requests and troubleshooting issues.
We do not sell your data. We only share data with trusted third-party service providers required to operate our business:
Provider Purpose
Lemon Squeezy Merchant of Record. Handles all payments, invoicing, and tax compliance.
Google Cloud Hosting infrastructure for our code and backend services.
Supabase / Firebase (Optional) Secure database for storing user settings/preferences (not content).
This is the most critical section regarding your data privacy.
One Click Enterprise's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
No Transfers: We do not transfer your data to others except to improve user features, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable laws.
No Ads: We do not use your Google Workspace data for serving advertisements.
No Human Interaction: We do not allow humans to read your data unless:
We have your affirmative agreement for specific messages (e.g., for support);
It is necessary for security purposes (e.g., investigating abuse);
To comply with applicable laws; or
Our internal use is limited to operations where the data is aggregated and anonymized.
One Click Enterprise is based in South Africa.
If you are accessing the Service from the European Union (EU), United States, or other regions, please note that your personal data (specifically your email for licensing) may be transferred to and processed in South Africa and the United States (where our cloud providers operate).
By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data during these transfers.
We take the security of your data seriously.
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all data exchanges.
We rely on Google’s robust security infrastructure for the execution of our add-ons.
Access to any backend systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.
