OneClick Enterprise ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Google Workspace™ add-on, Quick Slide Translator, collects, uses, and discloses your information.

1. Data Accessed and OAuth Scopes

We only access the specific data required to provide the translation functionality you request. We adhere to the principle of data minimization. The following scopes are used:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/presentations.currentonly: Used to read the text content of the specific Google Slides™ presentation you currently have open and write the translated text back into those slides.

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.external_request: Used exclusively to securely connect to the Lemon Squeezy API (https://api.lemonsqueezy.com) to validate your Pro license key and verify subscription status.

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.locale: Used to identify your regional language settings to provide a localized user interface.

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.container.ui: Used to display the user interface, sidebars, and dialogs within Google Slides™.

2. Data Usage and AI Disclosure

• Purpose: Data is processed strictly to perform the translation action requested by the user.

• AI Training Disclosure: In compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, we confirm that no Google user data is used to train generalized AI/ML models. Translations are processed via Google’s native LanguageApp infrastructure.

• Limited Use: Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

• License Verification: To provide Pro features, your license key is shared with Lemon Squeezy. This is solely for technical execution of the service and subscription management.

• Third Parties: No slide content or personal information is shared with any other third-party services.

4. Data Storage and Protection

• Ephemeral Processing: Your Google Slides™ content is processed "in-memory." OneClick Enterprise does not store, archive, or retain your slide content on our servers. Once the translation is complete, the data is cleared from memory.

• Encryption: All data in transit (such as license key verification) is protected using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• Retention: We do not retain Google™ user data after the specific translation task is completed.

• User Control: You can revoke access to the add-on at any time via your Google Security Settings.

• Deletion Requests: To request the deletion of account metadata (such as your email address stored for licensing support), please contact lebom@oneclickenterprise.com.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
